What you will learn and contribute to

Proactively plans and performs advanced technical activities requiring knowledge in multiple areas or on a system level to service the customer. Prioritizes work based on customer impact and brings expertise to customer site on a need basis.

• Develop scripts using Python and Robot framework for solving critical customer issues in the Telecom industry.
• Ability to quickly understand tasks assigned and deliver results with good quality and on time.
• Collaborate with senior-level engineers, peers across multiple Europe and other geographical locations.
• Proactively take responsibilities in terms of test case or framework related deliverables and update status to project/line manager
• Liaise with SI Engagement Architect and other members of the regional team as well as with Product Managers, Project managers, and 3rd party product managers to align customer requirements with available generic solutions, Nokia products, and 3rd party products.
• Willingness to keep up with technology and use the learning at work to continuously evolve.
• Complete assigned responsibilities, training on time with utmost sincerity and positive attitude towards continuous learning and evolution of self.

Your skills and experience

• Minimum 1-2 years of academic background.
• Solid academic background within Telecommunication and Mobile communication.
• IP and Linux knowledge.
• Ability to multitask and manage a high number of priorities.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong Team-Player Attitude.
• Basic scripting language expertise (Shell script, PERL, Python, Ansible) would be added advantage.
• Machine Learning know-how is an added advantage.
• Experience in networking troubleshooting using tools such as Wireshark would be added advantage.
• Experience in MS Excel, Word, VBA.
• Good/Excellent spoken and written English.
